Green MP Keith Locke has welcome the end of Algerian asylum seeker, Ahmed Zaoui's solitary confinement at Paremoremo prison.

Green MP Keith Locke is calling on the Immigration Minister to withdraw the Security Risk Certificate on Algerian asylum seeker Ahmed Zaoui.

The Green Party will be voting against this bill. Although the bill has some good provisions, it also contains several sections that undermine our civil liberties.

The Greens will oppose this bill because we cannot have two laws - one for the Police, and one for others.

The Green Party will be supporting this bill. It is important that the International Criminal Court - a very important international institution - is able to function freely, without any restraints on the judges, witnesses, and others who are granted immunity under the provisions of this bill.

I support this bill and many of the amendments that have been proposed, some of which better protect prostitutes from crime, violence, ill-treatment, and super-exploitation.
